Tainted-A Boon to the community

Dear Hon. Judge Wilken, My name is Louis A. McDaniel, a proud father of 3 daughters, native of Louisiana, Army veteran, citizen of California and these United States as well as a medical cannabis patient. To brand a person CRIMINAL for providing some of the most tastiest, healthiest, healing foods and beverages to not only the state-wide community of California, but to the world is folly. Tainted's teas have helped calm my acid reflux to near extinction. Not to mention the overall healing affects ALL of their products have had on the tendonitis in my ankle, the eye aches that I have due to Fuch's dystrophy and my general well being. California and United States as a whole cannot continue to lock up and throw away the people who have for years provided and cared for countless thousands of people for which mainstream pharmaceuticals have failed ABYSMALLY, causing more damage than good. I have had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Martin and some of his staff and CRIMINAL or any other equally ominous word, simply doesn't apply to them. You say "CRIMINAL", WE say "CARING". I pray that you will find it in your hear to stop this senseless persecution. Remember...the physicians of today were once thought the witches of yester-year. Let's not have another Puritan era Salem, Massachusetts...can we?
