Dear To whom it may concern, Approximately two years ago, I was given a severe head trauma that nearly blinded me and destroyed my face. My eyesight was severely damaged and I experience extreme headaches daily. The worst part is that along with my pain, I have developed a case of nausea that causes me to throw up. Cannabis is by far the most effective medicine I have found to treat my head pain and nausea. It has improved my life. My days used to be limited because of my headaches.
